I’m Steve Moore. I currently teach middle school reading and writing, and previously taught high school English. Getting kids engaged in learning is my primary goal. I want them writing alongside me, reading by their own choice, and curiously exploring big problems in the world with others.
I keep this blog as a way to reflect on my own teaching as much as to start conversations with others about theirs. I respond to nearly every comment made and value all perspectives which may be brought here. I’m glad to share my writing, my teaching, and my story with you.
