Do you know that I actually tagged you for another post and not this one! or was I tagging you as you were writing this one? "I feel as though it is “my” school." I wonder if you took a survey of high achieving students and teachers if they would have the same answer, and low performing students would answer the opposite. Wonder how important it is to have each person in the building feel as though it was "their" school. Kind of like the way someone treats their rental car versus one they own... I love it!
